Cinemersive is located in Utrecht, the Netherlands. You are more than welcome to come by (only with appointment) to come and get the equipment. Please reach out if you want us to send the equipment somewhere.
First of: you get in touch with your inquire regarding the equipment rental. Please let us know the start & end of your rental period and what it is you need. If you include some details about your production, we can also advise you on the most conveniënt way to approach your shoot. From there you will get a quote. This has to be paid in full before rental pick-up. Then, after your shooting period is done, you return the equipment in working order back to us.
We have a lot of filmmaking equipment that we have available for rental. Think of camera bodies, lenses, tripods, gimbals, but also audio and lighting equipment, additional batteries, and so forth. Yes, we can help you out with that. We are an immersive video production company first, before a equipment rental company. This means we use our equipment on a frequent basis, so we know it well. And with immersive filmmaking being a highly specialized form of filmmaking, we advise having one of your employees with you on set.
